The way that you can use these programs to make money online is simple, and that is through referrals. You sign up a lot of people and then they make money and you make a percentage of their revenue as well as whatever clicks you perform. This is paid for by advertisers, who will pay a specific amount for each ad of theirs that is clicked. This way to make money online can be lucrative if you know a lot of people that are willing to join and click, but if you do not have hundreds of friends then you will not make that much money online using this method.
Pay per click is a form of advertising where by a website owner bids on an amount he is willing to pay per click on that particular search engine or site. The search engine creates listings and the advertisers bid against each other for higher listing ranking for a specific keyword or phase.
The website with the highest bid in that particular keyword will get number one rankings in the pay per click search engine. The second and third highest bidders will then follow below the highest bidder and so on. So your website ads appear prominently on the results based on the amount you have agreed to pay per click.
There are many pay per click companies around the internet. The major ones include Google, Yahoo and MSN. There are also many other players which are not mentioned here. The concept of pay per click is very simple. You just pay for a space that the companies provide for advertising. You don’t have to pay what is not clicked. Only the click that leads to your site costs you money. You will get the traffic to your site which can lead you the sale, the advertising income or list building.
